From a COVID perspective the restrictions are managed very well and very clearly. The staff are incredibly organised, there are spots around to stand on and keep a safe social distance. The welfare facilities and refreshment areas are incredibly well managed.

TfL wanted to see a step change in safety awareness and decision making. The quality of the films, the design and realism of the live drama, and the facilitation of the sessions is excellent. Feedback has been extremely positive, and we are starting to see a real change in behaviours.
EPIC is the cornerstone for our culture, practices and success to date. The site teams have each clocked up more than one million work hours without a lost-time incident, which is unprecedented.
