EPIC
Originally created to support the construction of the Tideway London ‘Super Sewer’, this multi-award-winning facility is now available as a training resource for all sectors.
By its estimated completion date in June 2025, ATT will have inducted approximately 25,000 people through EPIC onto the Tideway project.
About the day
Though set in a fictional major civil engineering project, the themes and issues raised at EPIC are designed to resonate with any organisation that has office-based support functions and an operational frontline.
Part 1: A hard hitting, multi-media narrative examines the build-up to a fatal incident and its consequences. High-quality production values and industry-leading technology deliver a powerful immersive experience.
Part 2: Practical Safety Leadership Skills (PSL) workshop is a theory-light, practical heavy exploration of the critical role of communication in workplace safety. Participants develop a new understanding of their own behaviour and the potential impact of this behaviour on colleagues, and leave with the practical communication tools to make a difference.
