Your Choice

Award-winning, multi-media interactive training session originally developed for TfL’s Surface Transport Division and London Underground.

About Your Choice
The programme shows how a serious operational incident can occur and reflects on the factors that shape people’s choices in order to “get the job done.” Participants witness the build-up to the incident, as well as the incident itself and see for themselves some of its immediate and long-term consequences.

This award winning, 1.75-hour session is a mobile event that can be delivered in a range of venues from hotel conference rooms to site canteens. Despite the story being set on a busy London street, organisations from a variety of industries have successfully utilised this workshop as part of their safety leadership campaigns.

Your Choice can be delivered as a stand-alone event or in conjunction with our Practical Safety Leadership Skills workshop to create a mobile one-day learning experience.

Practical Safety Leadership Skills (PSL)
PSL is a practical exploration of effective communication skills within the context of safety. This experiential workshop is based on in-depth participation in a range of exercises and situations, taking place in a safe, constructive and stimulating environment.

  • I was fortunate enough to take part in the original Your Choice pilot. For the first time, I was absolutely convinced that the approach would not only resonate with everyone but would leave a lasting impression on behaviours and attitudes. We now deploy the programme across the country.

  • I cannot remember ever having had such universal, unconditional or unbridled enthusiasm and feedback from my teams and staff following a programme of this nature. Real Drama. Real Results!

  • TfL wanted to see a step change in safety awareness and decision making. The quality of the films, the design and realism of the live drama, and the facilitation of the sessions is excellent. Feedback has been extremely positive, and we are starting to see a real change in behaviours.
