Practical Customer Engagement (PCE)

A practical exploration of effective communication skills within the context of good customer service.  

About PCE
Conversational competence might be the most overlooked skill we frequently fail to teach. Yet, the ability to engage in coherent and confident conversations can be critical both in the workplace and in fostering positive relationships with our key stakeholders.  

This seven-hour theory-light workshop provides a safe, constructive and stimulating environment for the practical exploration and practice of critical communication skills. 

Recognising the impact of what we say, and how we say it, and honing the listening skills to engage with people constructively and productively, are fundamental requirements of positive customer engagement.  

Participants leave with a communication toolkit and the confidence to manage challenging situations and deliver difficult messages.

PCE is a mobile event which can run in isolation and/or in conjunction with other ATT programmes.
