About Marine Your Choice
The programme shows how a serious operational incident can occur and reflects on the factors that shape people’s choices in order to “get the job done.” Participants witness the build-up to the incident, as well as the incident itself and see for themselves some of its immediate and long-term consequences.
ATT’s approach is based on sound psychological, neuroscientific and learning theory principles. This ensures learning is remembered better, for longer, and positively influences decisions and behaviour in real world situations.
Marine Your Choice can be delivered as a stand-alone event or in conjunction with our Practical Safety Leadership Skills workshop to create a mobile one-day learning experience.
This hour-and-three-quarter session is a mobile event that can be delivered to up to 50 participants at a venue of your choice, from hotel conference rooms to site canteens. The dockside narrative makes it suitable for organisations working both onshore and offshore.
