A one-day interactive, multi-media programme designed to transform behaviours and attitudes to safety. Delivered at the purpose-built Faskally Safety Leadership Centre in Perth, commissioned by energy supplier SSE.
About the Day
Although the narrative for the programme at Faskally is set in a fictional company in a wind power environment, the themes and issues raised are designed to resonate with any organisation that has office-based support functions and an operational front-line.
Part 1: A hard-hitting, multi-media scenario examines the build up to a fatal incident on a load-out operation and its consequences. High-quality production values and industry-leading audio-visual technology, deliver a powerful immersive experience for participants.
Part 2: Practical Safety Leadership skills workshop. A theory-light, practical-heavy exploration of the critical role of communication in workplace safety. The workshop gives people a new understanding of their own behaviour and its impact on colleagues, as well as practical communication tools to take back into the workplace.
