ATT safety leadership centre continues to Thrive

ATT is delighted to launch Thrive 2, a second iteration of the Thrive Safety Leadership programme designed and delivered by ATT for Ørsted.

Thrive was originally created to support the health, safety and wellbeing of personnel working on the Hornsea Two offshore wind farm project. Thrive 2 has a slightly different narrative to support the onshore civils phase of the construction of Hornsea Three.

Hornsea Three Deputy EPC Director, Jason Ledden, commented:

‘Having seen the incredibly positive impact of Thrive on safety behaviours during the construction of Hornsea 2, there was never a doubt that we would use the similar approach when we came to build Hornsea 3. The feedback from participants for Thrive 2 has been fantastic.’

ATT Director, Dermot Kerrigan, said:

‘Thrive 2 has been designed according to the same sound neuroscientific, psychological and learning theory principles as the original Thrive storyline, but we have been able to make the narrative more relevant for workers at this stage of the Hornsea 3 project. Creating greater resonance for participants helps to embed learning, memory and for longer.’

ATT now runs both iterations of Thrive – Thrive 1 with its offshore phase focus and Thrive 2 with its onshore civils focus from the safety leadership centre in Immingham on the Humber. Both versions are available to book by the wider industry. For more information, contact info@activetrainingteam.co.uk
