Faskally: Scotland’s Flagship Safety Leadership Centre

Transforming safety culture through immersive learning

Located in Perth, the Faskally Centre is Active Training Team’s latest purpose-built, first-of-its-kind facility in Scotland. Designed to inspire behavioural change, it delivers powerful, immersive training experiences, using industry-leading technology, that challenges attitudes and drives a deeper commitment to safety.

The Faskally Programme

This one-day event delivers a powerful, immersive narrative that explores the lead-up to a fatal incident, combined with a hands-on Practical Safety Leadership (PSL) workshop focused on communication and self-awareness. Set in a renewable energy context, the programme resonates across industries—particularly where office-based teams and front-line operations must work in alignment.

Participants experience the real-world impact of everyday decisions and leave equipped with practical tools to lead on safety in their own workplace.

What makes Faskally Different?

Immersive realism: Our purpose-built high-tech environments simulate real world pressures and complexity.

Safe space for change: Participants can safely examine and challenge their own thinking to shift behaviours.

Cross-level collaboration: Programmes bring together individuals from all vertical levels for inclusive, impactful learning and diversity of thought.
