By the end of 2019, every member of the Joseph Gallagher Group will have attended a bespoke version of EPIC, Tideway’s immersive safety induction created by ATT, as part of their Living Incident Free Everyday (LIFE) programme. It will include Romanian, Albanian and Punjabi language versions. Steve Harvey, Group Managing Director says:
“Our aim at Joseph Gallagher is to embed our LIFE culture across the business wherein all our employees are empowered to say “Stop.”, feel that they are leaders in our safety culture, have confidence in approaching and challenging others in a respectful manner and help ensure that every one of our employees make the right choices each, and every day. We see EPIC as being a fundamental part of embedding our LIFE culture within our DNA and ATT are now an integral part of our business. Our employees have responded extremely positively to our approach and we as a business are promoting the EPIC experience as something that should be mandatory across the industry.”
ATT is delighted to be working with Joseph Gallagher, a company whose culture aims to empower employees at every level to become safety leaders. Joseph Gallagher’s championing of the progressive and innovative benefits of safety leadership resulted in Active Training Team’s Your Choice sessions being delivered to contractors on the Bank Station Capacity Upgrade Project for their end of year Stand Down days, under the auspices of main contractor Dragados, with support from London Underground.
“It was very well executed by your staff; enjoyable, very interactive, realistic, new and engaging to all who participated. The actors were particularly good and got the level of “banter” just right to hit the spot with our site workers. The messages delivered during the event fit well with the culture we have been working hard to develop on the project – many thanks to all at ATT.”
