ATT deliver live virtual broadcast to global BP personnel
This autumn, ATT delivered our first virtual Right From the Start (RFTS) session for BP personnel across the world. The live broadcast is designed to emulate the face-to-face version of the safety leadership programme, with a blend of live action, filmed drama and facilitated discussion.
With the help of BP’s preferred AV suppliers, the sessions take place in a virtual broadcast studio set, where all 24 BP participants appear together on a video wall. Participants interact with the facilitator and the actors live in the studio via their computer screens. The sessions are garnering great feedback.
ATT and BP are delighted to be collaborating on this virtual approach as a means of delivering sustainable and engaging safety leadership training on a global scale. We look forward to continuing this style of engagement in 2022 and beyond.
