What’s your role at ATT?
I am the Casting and Performance Coordinator. Essentially the role entails being a part of the creative process within ATT and helping to shape the immersive and practical workshop experience for our participants.

Tell us a bit about the work you were doing before
Before joining the company, I was working as a freelance theatre director and facilitator. I worked at various theatres around the UK and tended to work on projects that had elements of participation running alongside them.

What made you want to join the team at ATT?
I have always strived to create work that has a significant impact on the audience and participants. ATT really encapsulates the type of work I want to be a part of. I was at a place in my career where I wanted to stop jumping from project to project and start really seeing the work I help to create grow and evolve.

What challenges have you met in the job so far?
The element of the job I have found the most challenging is learning and absorbing all the different creative content the company produces. There is a lot to get your head around and even in the two months I have been at ATT so many exciting things have happened!

What ambitions do you have for the future?
I’m really looking forward to being involved in creating a new ATT safety leadership centre in the future. Being able to be a part of a new creative venture and to help shape its content is something I’m really excited about!

What are you hoping to find under the tree at Christmas?
Lots of chocolates and fluffy socks!
