These ground rules are for the Active Training Team 360Learning discussion forum. They outline our framework for respectful communication, constructive feedback, and safe participation.
Ground rules
- Only post content that is respectful and relevant to the learning objectives.
- No hateful, violent, illegal, harassing, or explicit language. Comments promoting violence, hate, illegal activities, self-harm, exploitation, or misinformation are strictly prohibited.
- Use clear, constructive feedback when commenting on peers’ posts; personal attacks or sarcasm are not allowed.
- Disagreements should be expressed politely, focusing on ideas rather than individuals.
- Do not share confidential or personal information without permission.
- Refrain from spamming, off-topic promotions, or external solicitations.
- Content flagged by automated systems or users will be reviewed; repeat violations may result in restrictions or removal from the group.
