ATT's Safety Leadership Centre Brings New Jobs and Contracts to the Humber

ATT’s unveiling of the purpose-built safety leadership centre in partnership with Ørsted marks a significant milestone. Thrive develops techniques honed by ATT in the immersive training space over many years and through our award-winning EPIC (Employee Project Induction Centre) for the Thames Tideway Tunnel project. Engaging the best regional talent has played a key role in maintaining our standard of excellence as we take this next step in safety leadership innovation.

Thrive has brought over 60 new jobs and contracts to the Humber. From the outset, ATT committed to hire locally to support the region, from production crew, actors, and ushers, to construction personnel and caterers.

From planning and production to programme delivery, talent from the region has supported the project build from start to finish, and now, with high-quality production values and industry-leading technology, the programme will deliver a powerful immersive experience for people and companies on the Humber and beyond.
