ATT EPIC safety leadership training now available industry-wide

The game-changing EPIC approach is now available to the industry, as part of Tideway’s legacy strategy, in both its original format aimed at the wider construction industry, and in the D CPC-accredited EPIC: Logistics course, designed for a ‘vertical slice’ of employees – from directors to drivers – from any haulage or logistics organisation. As with all EPIC format training, participants are involved in immersive, multi-media content, as well as open discussions and workshops to increase their confidence when tackling unsafe behaviour. EPIC: Logistics is nominated in three categories in the forthcoming EVCOM Awards.

EPIC aligns with the values of any company whose culture aims to empower employees at every level to become safety leaders, and ATT has already delivered two tailored versions for new clients. ATT set up an initial-phase EPIC ‘kick off’ day for leaders on the Ørsted Hornsea Project 2 offshore windfarm in September, and from October all 800 employees of the Joseph Gallagher Group (JGL) will attend EPIC as part of the company’s Living Incident Free Everyday (LIFE) safety programme.
