Siemens Lincoln

Yesterday our team delivered another successful Performance Shaping Factors (PSF) course for Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery Ltd in Lincoln. This completes our final PSF session for Siemens in 2016, which has seen our 3-person team (1 facilitator and 2 actors) deliver nine sessions this Autumn, with more planned for early 2017.

PSF is a 1-day, multimedia interactive workshop primarily for people in non-operational functions, at all levels. It uses the stand-alone version of our award winning film, Near Enough, as the starting point, and takes participants on a simulated journey of organisational change.

By participants engaging with a range of characters from (amongst others) Sales, HR, Planning, Procurement, Design, Finance as well as from Project, they start to understand the chain of Performance Shaping Factors that contribute to causing an accident at the front line; and what practical, collaborative steps these people are taking to ensure that such an incident never happens again.
